This will also ensure that you fulfill our Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. However, when it is not possible for you to come to our office, we can facilitate business electronically to save you time and money.
Our business hours are 08:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. However, please feel free to call or email us after hours. We are committed to returning our client’s and potential client’s calls (if missed) and emails within 24 hours or less.

The length of time that a legal proceeding/transaction can take varies greatly from matter to matter or transaction to transaction due to the very unique facts of each matter/transaction. Many factors are not within our hands and often lay within the scope of the court’s schedule. Multiple developments during a proceeding can contribute to speeding up or delaying a conclusion of a matter. We ensure that all deadlines are met on our part to ensure as speedy a process on your behalf as possible.
Certain communication shared with us by our clients is absolutely confidential. This is known as “lawyer – client privilege” and allows our clients to share all the facts of their case/matter without fear that prejudicial information will become public.
However, not all communication shared with us is confidential and/or considered privileged. The privilege only arises when the client reveals information in confidence to obtain legal advice or services. Additionally, information that you give your lawyer that is not privileged is instead treated as confidential and as such may be disclosed in certain circumstances.
